  • Alturo and his team did a fabulous job repairing the brickwork on my home I was selling! He matched the brick, the cement and repaired the carport. He and his team worked tirelessly on the hottest days of the year in early August to repair a chimney. It was beautifully restored! He mixed the concrete by hand, who does that, these days!!!!   • Recently we had our stoop and sidewalk replaced by Greenland Construction Group LLC. I interviewed two other contractors before I picked Greenland Construction. The first two companies were just going to replace the stoop and sidewalk as it currently existed - a one for one swap. Not so with Greenland. Arturo the president came out and proposed some wonderful modifications to the existing stoop and sidewalk that made it much safer and visually much more pleasing to the eye. His crew came out and went beyond expectations. Arturo's men were polite, hardworking and professional. The stoop and sidewalk are so beautiful. It is a work of art! Arturo treated us like family and he went out of his way to make this a very positive experience. I wish I could give him ten stars!

  • Our home at 83 Shipwright Street was built in 1892 located in the “heart” of the Annapolis Maryland Historic District. Our street-to-front porch walkway had disintegrated into a rough patchwork of disoriented brick – many of which were probably placed 125 years ago. Greenland Construction: (1.). removed and cleaned all the bricks, (2.). installed a new gravel sub-base, and (c). reset all existing bricks in a neatly configured pattern. Their workmanship was superb, personnel most professional, polite and courteous. We could not have been more pleased. Anyone that wants to stop by and see the masterpiece is more than welcome.

  • I have had them do a patio, flowerbeds, and I was going to wait to do the review until our mailbox was done, but the work has been so High quality. I can't imagine that the mailbox won't exceed me my wildest expectations. It looks so good I wish I could post pictures on this site .

  • I hired greenland to do some work on my Deck patio, they came I did great Job. exactly what I visualized before work was done, this guy's clean every day after themselves and arturo is very easy to work with I defenetly recommend greenland construction for all your needs
